On March *th **** I attempted to move my stashed balance over to my account for use on my bills.****When I attempted, it said to verify my email. It wouldn't let me process the request so I waited ****a day to see if maybe the app was down but when it still didnt work on the *th, I of course ****called customer service. The lady I spoke to stated she would expedite a investigation to see what was ****happening. I waited until the next day (the *th) to try again because she said it would take ** hours. ****When I tried again, it still wouldn't allow me to verify or unstash my money so I called again. The man****I spoke to stated that a case had not been sent in at all and that he would send one in right then. I ****waited until Monday the **th and tried again. Again, the same thing happened and I called. The person told ****me to get onto my desktop, clear my browser history, log into my greendot account, and send a verification ****code to the email of my choosing. After doing everything he instructed me to, we waited for an email to come****through with the verification code. After ** minutes and no code, he instructed me to email a screenshot of ****the webpage telling me to send the verification code with the email typed in. I sent an email to *********@***.com from my own email (the same email I was trying to update) *****@***.com ****that had the screenshot and a note that stated, "It will not let me update my email****so I cant get into my stashed money. Please update it. A customer service rep told me to do this." About ** ****minutes after getting off the phone, the email verification code from before came through and I tried it.It said "cannot ****process your request at this time. Please try again later." After a few days of cooling off, putting off bills ****and wedding payment plans (which I cant pay until I get my money because I wont get paid for two weeks) I called ****back today (the **th). The first person I spoke to said that I needed to update my email when I got the card. ****Although when I got the card December **, **** it never asked for an email to activate the card. She then told me****that it would send a code to my phone number to be verified but when I went and looked, my phone had already been ****verified. She kept telling me over and over to wait ** minutes and try again, even though my phone was already****verified. After getting off the phone with her, I decided to call and attempt to get a representative that would ****actually help. The man that I spoke to ths time said that there was maintenance going on with the site and to try again****in a few hours.Please manually update my email or move my money from my stashed account. I am in desperate need of this ****money that I have earned.
