Dispute unathorized charges that were made recently discovered their was a skimming device attached to a atm that I used. ... Hello my name is Dasmine Bell and I did not Authorize anyone to use my card to make transaction and or debit my account. I was unaware of transactions until logged in online to see that substantial amount of money was being snatched from my account. Upon realizing that money was taking from my card I immediately called you all to let you all know of the issue. I spoke with a very rude representative which kept cutting me short the whole time through the dispute process as well.While I was still talking the representative did not provide the claim number and transferred me to a automated system stating what were the next steps that I needed to complete. The Agent did not log all the transactions that were unauthorized with Paypal. *I was not provided a case number by the rude representative that assisted me. I am asking that this is thoroughly investigated this time please and thank you. I will send the police report as well that was filed within the next day or two when it it is emailed to me from Police Department. ***The transactions that were not Authorized by me are listed below as well as a police report has been put in the mail *************.Paypal: Date ********** Amount $**.** *Stated will refund must be initiated by card issuer due to card no longer being active **:**.Paypal: ********** Amount $**.** Stated will refund must be initiated by card issuer due to card no longer being active ***. Agents and supervisors are really rude and need better training *It took me a whole hour to speak to a manager yesterday to complain
They were completely rude and Im the one who money was stolen from
Refund give me my **** money back or will retain a lawyer
