The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

My fianc* of * years claimed me and our kids on his tax refund HE ECTRONCIALLY SIGNED FOR IT TO BE DEPOSITED TO MY*OUR WALMART MONEY CARD! We do not have a bank about so we thought this was would be fine Monday the reject our state refund and now tomorrow our federal will hit and the lady was BEYOND RUDE! she claimed her name was Barbie and her number was ****** she sounded as if she was just shouting out numbers but she claimed she was the supervisor! After speaking with her and she said you should just delete your account with green dot I do believe I will along with my * sisters, my uncle, dad, and my grandma and my mom we will NO LONGER BE A GREEN DOT CUSTOMER! That was very unprofessional and I don’t think she was the supervisor and if she is she should not be dealing people! I have spoke to the Interal Revenue Service them selfs and they said to reach out to my back but seeming I can’t speak to anyone and our tax check is due to be deposited tomorrow and they done rejected our tax refund I just feel like this is a conflict of keeping peoples money especially if he is willing to identify the social security number that is going to be shown! My mobile app which has already been screenshoted is first off wrongful advertising will be addressed to my attorney! If our tax check is rejected again it will be taken to my attorney because it CLEARLY STATES YOU CAN ADD A JOINT ACCOUNT HOLDER!! I’m am mad we have bill and * children and do depend on that to feed our children, pay our bills and so forth the moment it is rejected I will present this to my attorney! He has been more than willing to confirm his identity, we have both used this card so this isn’t anything new, I’m aggravated and frustrated and will see to it green dot will not any longer be around after the false advertising and rejected a tax check that ME THE ACCOUNT HOLDER OF THE CARD IS SAYING YES I AM ALLOWING IT AND YES HE ElECTRONICLLY SIGNED AGREEING THATS WHERE HE IS WANTED IT SENT TO, even the IRS SAID TO CONTACT YOU AND LET YOU ALL KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON SO YOU HAD THE CHANCE TO FIX IT! What my app reads states I can add an additional account holder as I said it has been screenshoted by tomorrow if our money is rejected that’s where one of many problems will be solved through my attorney!
