My mother's account was blocked upon notification of her being deceased without any notification at ALL. They just took it upon themselves to block the account However she has funds in her vault that WAS NOT transferred back to her card and now we have no access too!.. I have tried every customer service line for the past SIX HOURS with NO LUCK. I want it fixed to have the account unblocked so we can transfer the funds from the vault! Please contact me ASAP!
