This is regarding a $***.** Money Pak refill card I purchased to load my Walmart Money card. Since it was my first time using one, I verified that my card was eligible and met all necessary criteria to be loadable from a Money Pak refill card, which it did. I created a Money Pak account, proceeded to "deposit money on card" option, followed the steps...Fail! The message just said something like 'unable to deposit funds'. I then was guided to the help section and found a possible solution to my issue in that Money Pak could possibly try to load my card in-house ( my term, I cannot remember their verbage, maybe manually). This required me to enter certain information regarding purchase of card (where, when, amount of receipt etc.), Money Pak card number, my Walmart Moneycard number, etc. I did as suggested, including uploading photos of the receipt and the money pack card with number. Eventually I got an email that they could not help to load the card on their end and that they would have to issue a refund. We went into the Money Pak account to the request refund section, filled it out completely, and submitted the request. Upon completion, I expected we would have received some sort of verification code or confirmation that they received our request, but we did not get anything. No thank you, ***** you, we'll get with you...nothing! There is no option on the Money Pak website that I can see to check on the status of our refund. I would like be informed of a way that I can verify that our request for a refund of $***.** from Money Pak (*) was received and (*) is being processed* I would also like to know when we can expect to receive the refund in the mail, and if there is a way to track the progress of our refund that would be a bonus!
