I've been trying for over a month to contact you! Your customer service disconnects me every time! You're going to charge me $** and you never even provided me with the product I purchased! You say your card has been returned to you although all of my other mail has no problem getting through! Please call my phone at ***-***-**** or at my home phone ***-***-**** please! I am extremely upset to spend $** and almost a month-and-a-half later still have no card and no way of contacting or getting through to your company! That to me comes off as theft! Taking somebody's money and then charging them money to get that money back while never giving them their product I've recorded every single time I've called over the last three and a half weeks where you've told me, my card was returned to you to hold for a representative sometimes I would hold for up to ** minutes and then just get disconnected! Now when I call it goes through all the stuff telling me to go on your online service after it tells me to wait for a representative and then says goodbye and hangs up! Joseph Santilli!
