The issue in GetHuman-define_o's own words
I made a payment to my PayPal online account at a Rite Aid in my neighborhood. The payment of $**, never showed up in my account. As of yet, PayPal has done nothing to help resolve the issue. They want Rite Aid to call them. Which happened today. All they did was to ask me to call PayPal back again. I did that and supposedly, they closed the ticket because they didn't have a copy of my receipt, which I had emailed to them twice. One of those emails is what prompted them to create a ticket in the first place. I also spoke to someone at that time at PayPal who said they had the copy of my receipt. The person I spoke to for over half an hour at PayPal today, was told I had been sent an email with instructions on how to send another copy of my receipt, so PayPall can open another ticket. I am working on sending the receipt for a *rd time so PayPal could open another ticket. In the meantime, I was wondering if Green Dot could also take a look at my receipt and help figure out why the payment wasn't automatically attached to my PayPal online account and see what needs to be done to get it there? I don't see a way to send a copy of the receipt with this email, but if a means presents itself, I will attach it. Thank you for your time and consideration.**Deirdre Wilkins
