On ******* I called to report specific transactions that where not my own. I spoke with a Rob on ******* regarding charges at Shell Gas **.** and *.** Regal Movie charge. Rob said I had to call merchant did not have a number but for me to google number, This upset me on no good process. I have to do all search and the person who hacked my card has no responsibility, I specifically told Rob I was not waiting on process you all could have stopped charge as noted pending. I told him to close my card. I had to call today ******* on being charged *.** membership and informed Rob was told to close card. I am very disappointed with Green Dot no URGENCY to help. Good thing I had not put in all my money being hacked it would have been a big loss. I feel for those that put all their money in Green Dot. The girl staff tonight took care of closing my card. This was a very bad experience I don’t blame the hacking it is your process. Rob left card active and more hacking could have been done

Spoke with staff female informed her of ******* call with Rob to close card. My card hacked charges in California and I live in Texas. She made sure my card closed and the *.** membership deleted. I was very upset my card charged and good thing I did not have all my money in Green Card, The process on getting your money back is too long while the hacker can charge it in one second and take all your money away.
