I'm a first time customer. Needed $ fast. Heard about you thru a friend. Long story short, my mom sent $ to me using moneypak. Come to find out, I am unable to access that $ until I get an embossed card. Wish that was stated on my Green dot card I bought. I don't think my mom saw it, on the moneypak packaging. Had I known, this would've happened, I would've just had her FedEx it to me. She's unable to get a refund, and I'm stuck waiting for an embossed card. Horrible experience.
GetHuman-hermilo did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
