I tried to use my green dot card as debit it was declined because it said wrong PIN number i tried it like * more times and it kept declining it. I went online to change PIN number so i did change it and it still keeps declining it can’t get in touch with a real person for help i keep calling the number on back of the card and waited for a person to come on but never happened. I need help resolving this issue
