After I purchase a GreenDot prepaid reloadable card at my local CVS. I was unable to complete transactions via online pay bill services. I was being do you know that to Cindy and some form of identification to verify that I had just purchased is prepaid card that's absurd I've never heard of that a day of my life now given the fact that I have not been able to use my card you guys still charged me $*.** I'm a part I'm disgusted and I want my money back I can be reached at ***-***-**** at this time I cannot get a live agent online despite having card five and six times that's unacceptable this company is too large not to have someone answer the phone and handle situations as far as these is hard times I don't expect to be charged $*.** without even making a transaction again I want my money back
