I haven't received my card through turbo. Ive called the customers support numbers and havent been able to get through. Once I called support line it ask to press number * if you haven't received your card. I pressed that I put in the information that was asked. I put my ss* in and it said I had multiple cards and asked for the last * digits of the card number. I couldn't answer that because I haven't received the card yet. I haven't been able to talk to a Live person about this issue. My card was ordered on Jan **st I reiceved a email stating that my card had been shipped off but I haven't received it.
GetHuman2225096 did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
