The problems are I've been unable to reach a live rep. Each time the phone has neen hung up. All i wanted to know was how to transfer my money onto my other card, whats the daily limit and I've been trying to update my phone info. Went online aa well and seems like i has to open a mew card, since i was at work it timed out so i was unable to only get ** digit acct. This is ridiculous. All i want to do is speak w a live person and its been hanging up on me each time i was waiting
