Purchase the car when I activated it is that I was ready for youth always purchase these cards to pay bills I have a few cars that I purchased every month from this company to pay bills I purchased a card on February *, **** when I activated it said it was ready for you I try to pay a bill with the card like I normally do but I wasn’t allowing my transaction to go through it with saying that it was the night so I decided to call Green Dot to find out what the issue was to why I couldn’t use my card they stated to me that making a verify my identity so my card was only going to be able to be used for in-store purchases advise them that I did not want are use the car for in-store purchases is only for bill pay so I dispose of the card and only kept the card number i use it to pay my bills online not only had his company is a fraud not only has his company charge me a monthly maintenance fee and I’ve only had the card for three days there’s no way a company should be able to charge a person for a monthly fee when they’ve only had a card for two or three days and there’s no way that a company should tell a customer that they can only use your card for in-store purchases especially a frequent customer who always purchases cards my Idenity has been verified on more than one occasion from this company this company i have mutilpil cards this company is very unprofessional they refused to give me a refund of all of my money back and if this situation does not get taken care of I will contact my attorney to pursue pressing charges against his company for withholding a customer right to be able to use merchandise they purchased freely and also refusing a customer a refund because they cannot adequately use the card for what it was purchased for I appreciate it if someone contacts me a soon as possible my number is ***-***-**** or ***-***-****
