The issue in GetHuman-amelitai's own words
put money on my rush card from the loaded cardboard MoneyPak and cannot access my MoneyPak account in order to do this. ... I have a rushcard and put money on a green dot moneypak to transfer money onto my rushcard. Now I cannot remember how to log in to my moneypak account and when I try to reset password, it gives me an error message. It wont let me make a different account either because I already have one.*The regular phone service is not working for me because I do not have an actual moneypak card, it is a card specifically to reload a prepay card. I need the money from this moneypack loaded onto my rushcard now, please help. I need green dot to erase any accounts(from green dot and Moneypak) that I currently have or have had in the past. That would allow me to make a new account and get my rushcard loaded using moneypak. Or, provide me, via email, with a phone number where I can speak with a person. The customer service phone number is only for those with an actual green dot credit card, and I only have the cardboard card meant to reload a prepaid card.
There is no one to talk to since I dont have an actual MoneyPak credit card with a number. I have no account so my soc sec * wont work. Also, I have an online account but cannot remember my login details and when I go to reset my password it sends me a link to click in my email and then sends me an error message.
please email me a phone number where I can talk to a human. I have been at this for two hours!!!
I buy the green dot moneypak to load my prepaid card, this is my second time and I really want it to work
I have tried everything I can think of!!! Called RushCard twice, called GreenDot, Called MoneyPak twice, tried making a new account, tried resetting my password on both email and text messege over three times! Tried guessing to log in to my online moneypak account and now it says I only have one more time to try before it locks me out for ** hours and I need this money on my card to pay my bill right now!!! It cannot wait ** hours!
