i made a payment on **-**-** to progressive, funds were there, greendot returned the payment on **-**-** and i had the funds in there for the payment, i have emailed the *****@***.com sending info about my account and a screen shot showing where greendot returned my payment. they did not ever credit my debit card back the **.** after they declined the payment. i have initiated a complaint with the CFPB, and will also be filing one with the FTC. This is not the first time they've withheld my funds from me. I have currently been on hold with not so much as a single answer for * hour and ** minutes.
