I purchased a Green Dot VISA debit card from Dollar Tree. I had to put money on the card at the time of purchase so I did. I never used this card. I activated on ********. After activating the card, a recording comes on saying that there’s a negative balance of $**.**. I was shocked since I’d never used the card and just registered it on ********. After registering the card, I couldn’t use it. I called Green Dot to find out what’s going but never got any info because she wanted to know my bdate, last four of my social, address, just to inquire and to speak to a supervisor. I refused to give all my personal info to an employee of a company that has already ripped me off for the money that was put on the card. I want ALL my money back that I put on this card because I don’t want this BS RIP OFF CARD. I WANT ALL MY MONEY THAT WAS PUT ON THE CARD BACK IMMEDIATELY OR ILL SEE THEM IN COURT REAL SOON, ALONG WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE FILED CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST GREEN DOT!!
