I purchased my second Green Dot card when I moved . I've been stuck with this card for three weeks. Greet dot took their monthly payment but I don't have access to my funds every time I speak with one of your representatives they give me the runaround I've tried on several occasions to use the card and it keeps declining with a balance of $***.** please someone contact me my name is Tracue Young and my phone number is *** *** ****. I purchased this card to pay Molina healthcare I'm due for surgery and how many and I'm unable to make the payment please someone contact me I get nowhere with your representatives
