I was trying to activate an adult sight free verification application was Charged on most $**.***I was also attempting to remove all funds from each card ... I have spent more on activating your BS card. I will tell you right now I have * of your Gold Visa Debit cards all but one started with $** one with only $** - your monthly fee of $*.** and a $*.** purchase price, so I have already spent $*.** before I even use the card, with the total of $**.** total for all * cards. Now to begin. I have been trying to activate a free verification on adult sights. I found that the first sight charged me $**.** and was pending for * days. I tried very hard to cancel and find someone at Green-dot to help me , but I know you do not even have to guess. Because you know already that there is no navigation to any type of help for fraud or to cancel your card. . Your web pages only show you how to use the card and bank with the card, and how to add money. Not one word on how to get money or clear the card of all funds. You spend your time going around in circles. That is unless you want to write to Green-dot and tie up your money even longer. I am so aggravated. That I would not even use this card but I was directed to. So I would not have to use my own personal credit cards . I feel like I have been caught up in a trap. Where between Green-dot and these fraudulent cyber merchants are taking more money than they should earn, and it seems to be perfectly legal. I need help, and I can not find it through any other source. I hope this will get me results. I will give you * of the card numbers. Oh I am forgetting one thing I only use * codes to open your cards, and every ATM I went to asked for these codes and everyone was denied. Here are my card numbers . And everyone of these cards has had money charged to them without authorization. With the exception of one that may have a charge from a gas station for $** for cigarettes, and I did this to see if I could use the card. As all were taken by misleading and most definitely fraudulent conditions. I would like all funds returned to each of these cards, and when said funds are returned in full . That Green-dot will tell me or show me how I can get the funds returned to me in cash. With the least of all the Green-dot charges, as you stick it to any of your customers that put funds on your cards , or for God sake want to get their money back. Because you make money the old fashioned way. " Your Take It ! " And once everything has been resolved. I would like each and every card canceled. So that I will not be charged your monthly . Is there is no live help and only a run around system that provides no help with any question when it comes to clearing all funds from the card. I noticed a report for fraud , but this too was a non contact with no other way to ask any real questions of what you can do in order to get your money returned. Just as I am doing now. Repeating everything over again .
I would like Green dot to challenge every fraudulent charge on each of those cards return it to the cards or better yet return it to me so I will have no more contact with having to use the cards
I am really not a good customer. I dislike everything I have learned and wish to learn about this greedy way of providing the cheapest of service using the least you can to provide any real help unless it will provide Green dot more income. I have never really seen a more give me give me company as I have with Green dot. The only reason I even used your card was I was told not to use my personal cards. I now understand why, and I find Green dot really no different than the cyber merchants that have been fraudulently been applying charges that were not authorized to the Green dot cards. It is almost as if you are helping them to be able to take the funds. You protect them better than those who used your product. Let me put it this way . The way you do business scares me, and I am willing to bet you have many who have made similar type of complaints.
This has been the really the only way I have found so far to reach what i hope is a human-being, because all your automation is allowed to do is to frustrate, and run a customer around in circles until they give up. I found this avenue on Google. It is so funny one has to use another service completely to find some way to reach someone at Green dot. Thank you so much again.**Walter T. Cleff III
