Paul Jordan purchased a moneypak ******** @ *:**pm *** N.W. Garden Valley. He texted me the moneypak * i then proceeded to load my eligable greendot card. Response was wait ** mins waited another ** mins Paul sent another text saying the cashier says its on moneypak i then update my phone * reset password to update phone * honestly couldnt just be simple option change phone number here. The response i got wad due to suspious activity on this account the moneypak * is no longer usable. Underneath the fine print stated if i beleive this card yo have been stolen report to police then request refund. Why do you get the option to refund money if theres a chance you stole the card? The basic incenuation i beleive. Not to mention the thieve isnt going to contact the police on themselves nor should the thief get the option to refund. Makes no sense to me that i couldnt get my money from my boyfriend to pay my rent buy my food and dogs etc. You know how cold it is outside in Medford Oregon? The fact that i have had an account with greendot for over * years also that i am such a awesome cardholder they sent me a green dot card i didnt request thats how good a customer*cardholder i am. I called talked to customer service rep that told me he couldnt help me go figure you guys fill the need to hold on to other peoples money your customer service reps cant do thier job and help customers they answer the phones very well though. Its as though i ran into the brick wall last repeatedly even. Called today hit the dispute number as the recorded voice stated that again customer service specialist cant do anything hit this button to talk to specialist then over ** mins hold time no music no recorded we care about your service stay on hold no sound at all. Just silence. I am so very disappointed in moneypak greendot especially. I am also still waiting on my $** dollar refund when i got the bright idea to purchase a moneypak ended up with the only option request refund which i did which its been over a month nothing.
