I am experiencing difficulties with my card. I am unable to reach a customer service representative and the number on the back of the card states that my account number and social security number are not valid, despite loading $60 on the card today. I used the card to pay for a hotel stay at the DoubleTree Hilton in Westminster, Colorado but upon checkout, the hotel claims the card is either invalid or declined. The transactions made are pending, causing the hotel to threaten additional charges. I am in urgent need of assistance as I do not have cash to cover the room charges. I enjoy using Green Dot and have a few registered cards with your company. Recently, I purchased a Load & Go card at Rite Aid and registered it within the last hour. However, when I inserted the card into an ATM to withdraw money, it got stuck. I need the card number or bank account details to transfer the funds to one of my other cards so I can pay a bill immediately. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the card number or even the last 4 digits to reach customer service. My registered phone number is [redacted], the last 4 digits of my social are [redacted], and my birthday is 11/04/[redacted]. My debit card was hacked, and despite filing a dispute, I was denied a refund after the investigation. I had to submit another dispute and provide evidence of other transactions I made in Oklahoma on the same day I was hacked, even though the unauthorized purchases were in California. The customer service was unhelpful, informing me that I have to wait an additional 10 business days for a resolution. It's been over two weeks since the incident, and I have yet to see the $[redacted]+ that was stolen from me. I am extremely disappointed with Green Dot and will not be banking with them in the future. I will be cautioning my friends and family to steer clear of this company.

I have faced multiple rejections trying to access my funds. Despite reaching out to Customer Service, there seems to be a mix-up with my phone number. My actual number is [redacted], but on my account, it shows as xxx-xxx-x726. It appears there was an error in the first 7 digits when recording it. I have provided my SSN and all necessary personal information. With my ATM transactions declined, I have no cash, and my full salary is due tomorrow. I spoke with one of your representatives regarding missing transactions totaling $[redacted] from my account between October and now. I had to close my account and was informed that I needed to download a form from your website. I have been trying to reach a representative to assist me in obtaining a list of transactions on my account. Good evening. I need you to contact me. I bought a Visa Load & Go debit card (for paying bills, online shopping, and travel with the option to reload money) last night on 12/26/[redacted]. The card instructions state that no registration is needed. When I called for the first time, I heard a message with my balance and more information where they mentioned my PIN number and the necessity to register it on greendot.com for online purchases. Unfortunately, I couldn't register it with your company. Even when I tried on PayPal, I couldn't use it because I need a code from PayPal to make purchases on eBay, Amazon, and others. Your automated system doesn't recognize my account number, and I couldn't access it again to hear my balance. When I entered my birthdate, the system didn't allow me to register it because it requests a 6-digit format (two digits for the month, two for the day, and two for the year), but it only registers 4 digits for the year. I spent THREE HOURS trying with the number on the back of the card and with Green Dot, but I couldn't succeed. Please, get in touch with me as it's urgent for me to make two very important purchases. Hello, I am trying to contact a person using a Visa Load & Go debit card that I purchased on 12/26/[redacted]. Yesterday, I was informed that registration was not required. I bought a MoneyPak card on 11/23/18. I tried to load it onto my card but encountered an error. After calling customer service, they advised me to wait 24 hours. When I attempted to load the card again, I received the same error and was eventually told my money wasn't on the card. I have sent all my documents and receipts but have not received a refund. On December 7, [redacted], I received a call from someone pretending to be PSE&G claiming my bill was overdue, which was true. After following their instructions and paying, I didn't see the credit on my new PSE&G bill. When I called back, it was a recording, and that's when I realized it was a scam. I was directed to buy Green Dot Moneypak cards at Rite Aid on [redacted] Danforth Ave. I suspect that those involved had too much personal account information. The scammer's number was 1-[redacted]. I need help as I can't afford to lose $[redacted]. Green Dot couldn't refund me as the money was already taken off the cards due to the scam. They advised me to seek legal help for more information on a third party involved. This company should be shut down.

On December * ****, I received a call from someone claiming to be PSE&G regarding an overdue bill. I followed their instructions, got a new bill without any credit, and realized it was a scam when I called back and reached a recording. I was directed to buy MoneyPak cards at Rite Aid, suspecting insider involvement. The caller's number was *-***-***-****. Feeling scammed after Green Dot couldn't reimburse me as the funds were taken in a scam, I was advised to consult a lawyer for third-party details. On December 23rd, my mother bought a prepaid Visa card from Rite Aid. I registered the card on December 26th for online purchases. After successfully registering it, I received a user ID, password, and was notified that the card was upgraded with a routing number. I have been facing an ongoing issue since the beginning of this year regarding my tax refund and a GreenDot card that I no longer possess. I do not have the full card number or even the last four digits, which is where my money was deposited. The IRS mentioned they tried to contact GreenDot with no luck. I have attempted to reach a live person multiple times without success due to the automated system asking for the card number. It is frustrating as tax season is approaching, and my money from the previous year is still with GreenDot. When I input my social security number, it shows two cards under my name, but I only have one, and it is not the one with the deposit. Green Dot owes me $85! I purchased a card and loaded it at Walgreens on Jamaica Ave in Jamaica, NY several months ago. I have reached out for assistance over five times, called customer service around [redacted] times, and even sent a message on Instagram. Despite there being $85 on the card, it always gets declined when I try to use it. This situation is truly embarrassing! I am frustrated as I wouldn't be persisting if I didn't need my money back. It's the principle of the matter.

I used a PNC Bank ATM in Princeton, WV, asking for $[redacted] but got a message saying the action was not available and no money was dispensed. Yet, when I checked my greendot app, the $[redacted] had been deducted. The bank advised me to contact greendot for help. Hoping greendot can resolve this and return my money, I tried another PNC ATM in Princeton, drawing $70 successfully, but the $[redacted] is still missing.

I've been trying to reach a customer service representative for hours now. I accidentally purchased your prepaid visa card, mistaking it for a regular gift card. When I tried to return it unopened at Dollar General, they refused. I am writing to express my frustration regarding a refund for a lost or stolen Walmart Visa gift card. I have been in contact with 1-[redacted] since December 17th.
