I am having a horrible time with my card. First of all I can't get a hold of a real person is there a number I can call to talk to a real person? My card when I call the number on the back of the card it says it my account number and my social are not valid. But I know that they are because I loaded money on my card today and there is a balance of $**. Also I have use the card to pay for a hotel room for * nights or * I can't remember but either way I use the card to pay for it and when we checked out they tried to run the card and they're saying that the card is not valid or it's being declined. I loaded the money on the card went up paid for the room and then called the card in the money had been taken or was not available it list all of these transactions as pending these transactions were made at the DoubleTree Hilton off of Highway ** and Sheridan Boulevard in Westminster Colorado. Now the hotel is saying that they are going to charge us for every day that we don't pay for the room but I thought I did pay for it because I use the card and then the money was not available can someone please help me? My email is *****@***.com phone number is *** *** ****. I cannot believe there's no number where I can talk to a real person???? I do not have cash to pay for the room I only had the card that I had loaded money on so every day that this goes without being paid they're charging me for every day and I'm not staying there anymore so this is a really bad situation.
