I have called numerous times and now it wont let me speak to anyone. I am trying to set up a pin for my card. When I put in my information online it says "your information did not match an account on file. Please try again" I know my information is correct and have rechecked multiple times. I have to be able to get money off my card for bills, so i need to be able to set up my pin. When i called they wouldnt listen to what i was trying to explain to them and just kept telling me to set it up online. I can not do that. Im not sure what the issue is but i need it resolved as soon as possible. I get paid on this card friday and need my pin before then. Please figure out what is going on.
