Ok so I have a positive balance of ***.** on an account that I requested a new card for. The new card never arrived and the account got closed. When I log into my greendot account on the website it shows my positive amount. When I try logging into the Mobil app it says all my accounts have been closed. How do I get my positive balance from the closed account??? Can you just transfer it from the closed account to the only open account I have still with greendot??? Please help get my money back!!!
GetHuman-rbnsn did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
