I used a Atm to with draw ***.** . the atm machine said money dispersed...and the reciect said the a same. No money money was dispersed because the atm machine was out of money.*I called the atm company and told them what had accured. They agreed that this was the situation and my money($***.**)would. Be giving back to my bank..greendot...but i had to report the dispute with my bank which I did.I was told it would be back in my account within ** days..this was ********..I called a *nd time and was told a different story...it could take up to ** days before I can get my money back...and that I should write a letter if " dispute a transaction" and mail it to them in order to get my money.*The atm company gave the money back to the bank immediately..no questions asked..*The customer care was somewhat rude after I explained the situation and after what I told.*I don't understand why they can't give mw my money back asap knowing that it was returned by the atm company.*Totally unacceptable for a bank to do this to customers.
