I lost my card on November **th it was reported I was charged $* on November **th to have a new card sent out and it was told I would receive it no later than November **st then I found out and I quit getting text alerts if they put a block on the new card it was a nightmare several emails several hassling phone calls I got the block off the card but now it's November **th I still do not have my card I still cannot access my money I am disabled frail I need my money Green Dot customer service doesn't seem to care I need this resolved now
