I am making my fifth inquiry. I cancelled my card do to losing it. This was before Halloween. This is Dec *. when I spoke to the human representative she said I would receive my card *-** days. I have yet to receive my card my payroll check is still being deposited into my account. I have no access to my money. Your automative system will not allow me to speak to a human being. It disconnected me every time because my card is cancelled and it don't recognize my card or my social security number. My bills are still coming. Help me please.
