I have cancelled my green dot card in late Oct before Halloween due to it being list. Since then I have not received a replacement card it's been over a month and my bills are still coming. I have no way to access my money in that account my payroll checks are still direct deposited into my account. The automative system will not allow me to speak with a representative. It don't recognize my social security number when prompt to enter. Because I guess of the card being cancelled. This us my fourth inquiry concerning this issue without any resolution. Please correspond with me on this matter or concern. I've been with Green dot since **** and have never had any issues with you until now. Please mail me my card. I need to pay my bills.
