The money I sent for my son to load his Moneydot card held for ** days because the amount exceeded to maximum for ** days. When he went to load it today he received the message reload was successful but couldn't pull money from ATM. He called Moneydot & was told to verify this ID which he did. Result was that his card was canceled. I have all details but need to speak to someone. Because his account was canceled I'm not able to get past your automated phone system. I need to speak to someone now. Please respond via email. Why was his account canceled? This was my money! I need answers.
