I have been with account now for a while now and I moved and I was waiting for a new card to come in the mail and I called account now to see that the card had been sent and they said yes it had been sent and I actually received my card today and I called and activated my card it gave me a balance funds show that they are on the card but when I call the account now they said I had to wait for a new card to come in the mail that I did not order and I need my money and they're telling me I can't have it because they deactivated my card without my permission just so they can charge me another $** fee I didn't ask them to deactivate anything I called activated it got a balance went to use it couldn't get no money call the account now and they said I have to wait on another card that I never even ordered or asked for but it's being shoved down my throat and I'm being charged for it and I need my money to the card that I had received in the mail today account now inform me that y'all have no affiliation with them that Green Dotbank and MetaBank are not banks affiliated with account now.they are only card issues if y'all are not a bank why are u registerd with the bbb says that you were insured under FDIC and that you are by the Better Business Bureau as a banking corporation.the card is issied by Green dot corporation and green dot bank in pursuant to a liscense from visa usa .i am completly positive ive been lied to overcharge and i dont need a phony company who basically could care less about my needs about explaining things and about helping me I like I know they could all they do is cut you off talk over you put you on hold for hours and I don't believe I trust this whatever it is it it's the account now says you're not a bank I don't know if your bank if your corporation but if you had the baby bee and the Visa logo and all that stuff on your website and the FDIC you have to follow follow under their rules and regulations they deactivated my card now I can't get my money until they send out this other card and it's going to take ** days to get here and cost another $** customer service does nothing but cut you off and get you off the phone and every time they send these new cards it's *** we've been begging for bank statements all year we've gotten three but paid for all of them I do not trust account now my mom has been with y'all over * years A Tavola when time for me they come to me but I do believe that we will all be in our account because we don't trust you because my momcan't get bank statements she's paying for and has been asking for all year and has received three bank statements out of ** I'm finding discrepancies in the bank statements and I'm just asking if your bank and your lying account now to run your business all they're doing and all y'all are doing is just shoving out card for money then after I'm able to get my check or checks I will what you're all of our funds and you will lose all of our business and I will report you to the Better Business Bureau has been as and I will report you to be so and let them know that they that they don't need to put your name with their logo because it doesn't deserve to be next to it but if he believe in satisfying customers don't know where my money is going nobody will talk to me you're not a bank you're just a card issue or I don't know what you are but I don't believe in you at all and if you want my trust and you want my business I would really appreciate it if need someone to contact me immediately my funds ate on the card i just got and activated today then it gave me my available balance on the card but I can't take them off because of the saying I have to wait on another card that they're charging me for and she told me that green. Dot was not a bank ,account now has the most rudest customer service and care less about your issue or their mistakes.and they repeat themselves repeatedly with one answer and talk over you and don't listen or care about any issues and will hang up on you when they refuse to give u any information because they can't even understand what the issue is.and basically tell u to eat it and wait because of their mistakes. or admitts to having any bank affiliation with gteen dot or meta bank they daid it's not a bank and I'm needing to get my funds today they're saying wait on another card in the mail that can be here in ** days and for another $** which I didn't order because I moved in the card I was waiting on was forwarded which i recieved today .lthen hadbit activated got my balance went to get funds and found out account now decided to deactivate it and not give me my funds so I need my money today if I could get the card number or have it transferred to another card but green. They have insulted me they cut me off and they would not help me at all and I'm tired of being overcharged and if this is not a bank I will contact the bbb and visa and let them know thir logo belongs on a card who cant back up their word at all and let him know that these prepaid cards are not Banks I need the company I pay to handle my finances to help me my kids have needs and I pay you for services and l ask for help and am told so sorry too bad.so will you help me get my funds transferred to my card that account now had no right to deactivate my card after I activted it and got a balance please respond asap
