My husband in NY purchased a $*** moneypak. My daughter in NY has an acct so she tried to send it to me in CA. Because she sent me money last week she was unable to. She helped my husband set up an acct and it said fraud and locked the $*** moneypak. She sent an email and they said request a refund. She requested a refund and they said they couldn't with the Information provided. She has the receipt and card and answered all the questions. I have cancer and my family sends money to me for treatment. She or my husband collects it and she sends it to me. This isn't a light issue for my and I. Please tell us what to do.
