My name is Jasmine Wilburn and I have a green dot prepaid card that I have been using for three years now. On Wednesday November **, **** I called to report my card broken. I specifically asked for the expedited delivery and gave the CSR permission to charge my account the $** expedition fee. He DID NOT expedite my card and whatever he did to my account has it blocked. I had to wait * business days to receive my card. I then uploaded my driver license to remove the block. I submitted my license twice on ******** and on ********. My account is still blocked and No one is trying to help. I've asked to speak to a supervisor twice and I've still yet to talk to one. The CSR said it will be Monday the **th before the block is removed. I don't think it's fair and its very poor customer service that I have been waiting almost * weeks to get money off my card because of the mistake a CSR made in the first place. I NEED MY MONEY.
