November **th I noticed there was a transaction for $** taken out my account I spoke to a representative that day he told me that wish had tried to access my account * days in a row so apparently they did get the $* $* that I did not authorize I spoke to operator again told them do not cancel my card cuz it was the holiday I will call the merchant my card was cancelled anyway I got direct deposit woke up today to find out I could not access my money call several times and y'all have block my number because of the same issue this needs to be resolved ASAP my number is********** I pacifically told him not to cancel my card y'all did it anyway you need to record go back and listen to the recording I have used my car after the **th anyway after the day I spoke to the representative why did y'all cancel my car when I put safely tow job not to no I went and purchased a new GreenDot card I cannot contact anyone to transfer my money over to this card someone need to contact me ASAP
