To whom this may concern,*My name is Matthew Farina and I recentley was trying to put money from a MoneyPak card into my Varo account. On October **th, a friend of mine went to a Walgreens and got a MoneyPak card for me with $***. When I tried to deposit this money into my account I tried to log in to my MoneyPak account and apparently did not have the right user name or password. I went through the steps by clicking forgot user name or password and got no where with it but a locked account for ** hours. I recently got a new phone number so my MoneyPak account is tied with my old number. I find this whole process absolutely insane and inconsiderate that I cannot just get on the phone for someone to help me with this issue. I tried numerous time to get someone from your customer service department on the phone and can’t seem to get passed the automated system unless you have an account with Green Dot. Which, will never happen after this issue I am having! All I know is this has to fixed ASAP!!! Until then I beleive you have robbed money from my friend and I. I need someone to get back to me right away!
