I call and reported my card lost, A representative did not tell me that I could have transfer the money to the other acct. Instead she put a block on in. I waited * business days for a new card they sent a new card and there is a blocked on the card I have emailed my id over ** times to Both of the email addresses provided. I can not wait * business days for my card to be unblocked. I have to feed my children and grandkids. I WILL BE GETTING A LAWYER FOR THE PAIN AND SUFFERING I AM GOING THRU
GetHuman-willchin did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
