I have been waiting on a replacement card now for ** weeks. Every time I call to check on the card I can never get any help. I need a replacement card ASAP I have direct deposit but I still don’t have access to my funds. Then on top of that I’m not able to have access to my funds because they are locked until I get a card and I’ve been told that the card would be here in *-* days and it’s been ** also I noticed that the card number has changed. What’s going on and why can’t I get help.
