I have had a Moneypak account since January ****. I tried to load a Moneypak * to my prepaid card that I ALWAYS use and is also saved in my Moneypak account. Last night when I attempted to load my funds to my card, Moneypak requested that I upload a picture of my ID before I could deposit the money on my card. I did as instructed, I took a clear photo of my ID. I awake to an email stating that they can't verify my ID!! I had to request a refund AND they want me to MAIL a copy of my ID and a copy of my receipt!! I am still waiting for a refund from MARCH of this year that I have yet to be reimbursed for. I am absolutely fuming right now, I needed that money yesterday I have commitments to fulfill TODAY. There is absolutely no reason that I should have to wait for MY money or have to go through all of this extra mess to get it! I am going to report this to the BBB, this is ridiculous. I want my money back or loaded onto my card asap. The Moneypak * from last night is ***-***-****-**** and the Moneypak * from March that I have yet to receive a refund for is ***-***-****-*** which I'm sure can be verified as either returned or never been cashed. The total together should be ***.** or ***.** . This is absolutely unacceptable. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me as soon as possible in regards to this matter.**Meliana Purdie
