Back in August i signed up for direct deposit and apparently the information provided was wrong so i did not receive two deposits from August **th and August **st i submitted a direct deposit dispute you guys said * business days to refund my money then you requested a letter of identity from my employer which would take ** business days and now you’re saying you didn’t receive it I’ve called more than ** times and no one is able to help me! I’m frustrated at this point and all i want is my money and I’ll move forward can you please call me at your earliest convenience at (***) ***-**** please and thank you! **Shatira Hardeman
