I have * greendot accts but only one card in my possession. I do not know the last * digits of this card number. However I'm expecting funds to be deposited into this account very soon. It's impossible to report the card lost when the stupid recording keeps asking for the last * digits of the card number. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. And I have a customer service background. What is wrong with your automated system and why it is so impossible to speak to a live rep or even report my card lost?
