The issue in GetHuman1334453's own words
* days ago I called MoneyPak Green dot agent*representative and explained that I went to a local Walgreens store and purchased a MoneyPak Green dot card in the amount $*.** plus I added cash into the card of $**.**.... at the cashier's who then took my cash and scanned the card. The next day...........I contacted the the MoneyPak agent and had them transfer my funds into my Bank*Online.com Checking account . My Visa Debit card . The agent told me that the funds transfer went thru? Today, I made contact with Bank*Online.com " people" who informed me that the funds were "attempted" but, The transfer could not be made. The funds did not go thru to Bank*Online.com. This means.............. that MoneyPak Green dot still has my $**.** in the card. I want to upload*transfer my funds into my Visa Debit Bank*Online account.
