Reference*claim number *********Have a prepaid card in my name. Into my account on September **th in the amount of $*,*** at which point green. Issued a hold they literally put a hold on my account I have been since then trying to get them to release the hold and I have submitted everything but a DNA sample I have submitted the transaction where the money came from deposit tree information I've submitted IDs front back of person that had the account that it was transferred to from and ID from person that it was transferred to I am the person that was transferred to I just submitted at *:** p.m. Eastern Standard Time yet again one more transaction and deposit tree info where it clearly states where it came from where it went and who it come from I'm sitting here without no power right now I've talked repeatedly to these people I go buy two names my maiden name and my married name I am a Montgomery I am a Greenwood by marriage that was very brief my disability people recognize me as Montgomery while my driver's license states that I am a Greenwood my marriage was very abusive therefore it was very brief I was only ** at the tub and I had no idea that I was supposed to change the name through my social security office all cards that I have obviously registered and I've repeatedly told the people in question through the card number that is on the back and it's like they're mocking me or making fun of me because they say while we know this is a minor inconvenience will this is more than a minor inconvenience this is affecting my life my bills don't stop because they've got a verify something I sent them a copy of my direct express disability card I sent them a copy of my ID I send them a copy of the cards and question front and back I sent them all the information and more than they've needed or ask for and yet the hold still exists I've spoken to corporate office twice as well as the number on the card the Pasadena office over ** and today I got told the account has been closed I mean how can the account be closed when nothing has been resolved when the hole is still there I really need somebody's help because I live on disability and I have bills that are needed to be paid on my landlord is threatening eviction please get in touch with me somebody and they told me that the reason the card was locked it was because they had to verify where the money came from so they needed the transaction information as well as the depository information as in where the money came from I have proven that over and over I'm sitting in my home right now with my lights out no power I am disabled losing my all my fingers on my left hand my wrist up past my elbow has been skin grafting and I'm missing for my toes does that sound like a person that needs to be going without power to you please help me figure out how to get this matter resolved immediately thank you**Ms Connie Montgomery Greenwood
