Pay with my card. ... My issue is my account has been turned off with no notifications beforehand, and now cannot be turned back on without my sending my drivers license to *****@***.com. ive now sent my email and contacted the IRS both state and federal and was told there is *absolutely* no suspicious activity where as customer service tells me the IRS turned my card off because of such. *My direct deposit has been put on hold and my bills are now late because of this ERROR. I sent an email and I need it to be handled asap. This is a very time sensitive case and I appreciate if an assistant would straighten out the mistake made. *My case * is: ********
Ive spent * days on the phone with IRS and am told REPEATEDLY that there is a mistake and there is no suspicious activity and that my card has been put on hold by mistake.
Unlock my account and explain to me why it was shut off in the first place.
Ive had my account for a year and a half and have my direct deposit going straight to greendot every other week. I expected to be able to use my money when I need it and not have unexpected * day delays in accessing it.
Ive called every customer service line, submitted my email, and contacted greendot multiple times, being sent in a circle every time.
