The issue in GetHuman-niquehan's own words
I purchased a card today ending in ****, when I registered the card to use I received a new card number ending in ****. However when I loaded money online o the card I thought that it would be on the card ending in ****. But it’s not saying that the card that I purchased is invalid. And the card (being sent by mail ending in ***) has a balance of *.**. So I need to know where my money is and how do I get it onto the **** card immediately. *I have kids and I need to pay my light bill by *pm please get back to me promptly
GetHuman-niquehan did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
