I lost my card. I called Monday, October *, **** @*am EST and requested a replacement card. I wanted the card shipped out Express Mail because my payday was Friday October *, ****. The representative stated she suspended the lost card and to expect my replacement card between October *, **** and October **, ****. I called the customer service number to check the status of my card and the automated system states the lost card is on hold. I can not get past the automated system to speak to a representative about the status of my replacement card. My phone number is ***-***-****. I need my card NOW! I have been with Greendot since **** and never had issues until now.
