My name is Carrie Herold, and I am getting in touch to inform you that if I do not receive a response today in regard to my lost card I will be forced to report your business to the Attorney General's office. I have been trying to contact your corporate office to no avail it is nearly impossible to contact anyone and I find this ridiculous. I have emailed a picture of the packaging and a picture of the receipt however I am unable to contact you through your phone number because I do not have the numbers on the front of the GreenDot card because it was lost before it was activated leaving me with no way to contact you for over a week now. I did have the Dollar General store that the card was purchased at get in contact with you and also send you pictures of the receipt and the packaging and have still heard nothing back. I have a payment due on the **th of this month and I expect that this issue is resolved by then. It is a very simple situation and I find it very frustrating that I am not able to simply contact you and speak to a real person, but I am sure this is not your first complaint about that. If I do not have a response by * p.m. today I am going to report this to the Attorney General's office.
