The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

I bought a GreenDot card today from dollar tree thinking that it was an easy load on card to use not knowing that you guys are a real banking company. I was trying to use the card for Uber to get home from work. I’m ** years old and once I signed up the card I realized you have to ** years or older. I was going to go back to the dollar tree to get the $*** i put on the card but read the receipt and it said that wasn’t available so i called the number and my refund wouldn’t go through it just kept telling me i had a balance of $***. I just wanted to get my money back and i know it’s going to take two weeks but i still haven’t even got the chance to process my refund. I just want my money back could you please assist me?
