Make sure the card ending in **** stays open, and that I get the $** from whichever of the other * cards that are open before they close them. ... I just learned I have somehow six cards open with green dot. I need for them to close the five of them that are not in my possession. The one I have in my possession ends in ****, I have it set up for direct deposit for my upcoming social security disability benefits and things are tight financially, I cannot afford any mistakes. however, I had $** left on one of those cards that I could really use
They have some nasty phone reps who have real trouble understanding English and who get resentful when you have to repeat yourself.
Close the five cards not ending in **** exp ***** and put the $** they owe me from them on this card.
I pay my bills, I am a full time student who will be graduating June **th **** and earning over **,*** a year.
