My Green Dot card was stolen. I have now called the customer service phone number ** separate times within three days. I do not remember my account number but i do know my social security number, i enter all required information, when i get to my birthday, i enter the six digits as instructed by the prompt....it says to me "invalid entry, we cannot locate your account number with the information provided". It does this every time. Sixteen times now. What? I would like my current card shut down, a new account number and the money transferred from my vault in the app to a new account. I cannot seem to find a phone number or email to speak to someone directly to help me fix this issue.
