I had been a Green Dot cardholder for a long time before upgrading to a black card. Unfortunately, my black card was lost. When I contacted Green Dot's customer service department to report the issue, I was promised a replacement black card. After waiting for about a month, I received a new card, but I couldn't activate it. Upon reaching out to customer service again, I encountered a rude representative who not only failed to help me but also closed my account. Subsequent calls to the customer service team have been unproductive. Instead of receiving my requested black card, they sent me a gold card which I did not want. I was charged for a replacement black card that I never received. I am frustrated with the situation and simply want my black card reinstated as promised.
