Im needing help in regards to a transaction in which I applied for a $*** Visa credit building card thru Green Dot banking online. The money was taken from my checking account in bank of Colorado on **********. I can't understand why I have not been mailed the card or been emailed in regards to this transaction for the credit deposit and I have tried every phone number listed for Green Dot but none of them allows me to speak with customer service all I want to know is how to speak with Green Dot Platinum support so I can determine where the money is at. I do have the transaction number that was left behind from the transaction. Please let me know if you can help because I'm out of options. Thank you
